GRAHAM BIDWELL | KUNDULINI YOGA

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic blend of physical postures, breathing, movement, stretching, meditation, mantra & relaxation. This combination brings awareness, strengthens mind & body, & breaks free from limited beliefs & fears. VICKY FITZGIBBON| CRYSTAL HEALING

TUESDAYS | 9:30AM - 1:00PM

Immerse yourself for 60 minutes in pure crystalline frequencies with personally selected, cleansed & activated crystals.

Crystals are made of the same pure minerals & trace elements as the human body, so they are a natural way to support healing on a cellular level. When carefully selected & prepared crystals are intentionally placed on or around the body, our parasympathetic nervous system gets activated & we relax creating more space within.

Crystals are infused with light & colour frequencies which helps the body to restore, cleanse & rebalance with their beauty.

CHARLIE NASH | ASHTANGA YOGA

WEDNESDAYS | 9:30AM - 10:45AM

A dynamic class working on strength and flexibility to enhance freedom of movement on and off the mat. In this fun and friendly class I will lead you through the Primary series of the Ashtanga system, one posture prepares you for the next to support your body and progress you in your practice.

The postures are linked with the breath to enhance the strength and control of your body and mind. We finish with a short breathing practice and recharging relaxation.

ANNE HARRISON | WELLBEING SESSIONS

WEDNESDAYS | 3:30PM - 5:30PM

Wellbeing sessions can help you to improve your physical and mental wellbeing and make long term lifestyle changes. They can help address underlying health concern, reprioritise your health and support to you to feel your best with the help of a qualified professional.

ANNE HARRISON | HATHA FLOW YOGA

WEDNESDAYS | 5:30PM - 6:30PM

In my Hatha flow there will be more dynamic flowing sequences, often using sun salutations and vinyasa to warm the body and move through the postures. The classes include an element of all styles of yoga, to bring a fresh angle to Hatha yoga and will encourage the use of yoga props in a fun and informal environment to help you explore your practice. Variations to postures will be given throughout the class allowing each person to adapt the class to their personal level of yoga practice.

ALI BULGER | PILATES

WEDNESDAYS | 7:00PM - 8:00PM

Blend of traditional Joseph Pilates principles with a modern and dynamic approach, inspired by my work as a physiotherapist.

Classes focus on core strength, flexibility and holistic well being in a supportive atmosphere to support personal growth.

All exercises are layered for inclusivity allowing various levels and experience to enjoy every class.

JACQUI DOYLE | FLOW & GLOW VINYASA

FRIDAYS | 9:30AM - 10:30AM

Join me for a gentle yet energizing Vinyasa Yoga class designed to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance joint mobility.

This session will guide you through a flowing sequence of poses, allowing you to transition smoothly and mindfully from one posture to the next.

Through breath-led movement, we will cultivate body awareness, helping you stay present in the moment while fostering a sense of balance and relaxation.

This class is perfect for all levels, offering modifications and support so you can move at your own pace.

MONTHLY WORKSHOPS

HARIE GRAHAM | SOUND MASSAGE WITH REIKI

1ST THURSDAY OF THE MONTH | 7:00PM - 8:30PM

Using the beautiful synergy of sound and energy to invite gentle and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. This monthly session will focus on a different area of the body and health condition each month and you will receive a deeply relaxing treatment, as well as learning how to apply and use therapeutic tools for your own self-care.

The techniques experienced can also help to give relief from pain, tension, stress and anxiety as we work to attune, align and energetically reset your whole system. – Group session – £25 per person

These treatments are also available to book privately as either a 121 Reiki or 121 sound massage treatment.

EMMA YEADON | CACAO CEREMONY

2ND THURSDAY OF THE MONTH | 7:00PM - 8:30PM

A cacao ceremony is a beautiful opportunity to connect with yourself on a deeper level and with those sharing the ceremony journey along side you. The cacao offers great insights, creativity and inspiration. It is also well known for its heart opening properties and also its mood-boosting effects, so it can be quite a lively and euphoric experience! 

Cacao ceremonies also offer an opportunity for deep healing, for introspection, goal setting, self love and transformation.

VICKY FITZGIBBON| CRYSTAL CIRCLE

CHARLIE NASH |YIN YOGA & SOUND BATH

4TH THURSDAY OF THE MONTH | 7:30PM - 8:45PM

Soothe your body and settle you mind with Yin yoga and sound bath. Yin is a slow practice with few postures held for several minutes to work deeply beyond the muscles to enhance joint mobility, gently ease tension and quieten the mental chatter.

A combination of sound healing instruments completes the journey into deep relaxation.

KATIE FURLER | SELF CARE NOURISHING YOGA

This is your invitation to join us for our monthly nourishing Yoga practice.

We spend the first hour stretching, moving and breathing. This cultivates strength and flexibility in our bodies… Also invites a healthy flow of energy to flow through us.

To end, I will guide you through a deeply relaxing meditation. This encourages deeper peace and regulation through the nervous system.

LAU HARP | GONG BATH

MONTHLY SATURDAY| 6:00PM - 7:30PM

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of the gongs & experience a sound massage for the soul! Our sacred gongs will be supported by other instruments including the hand-pan, shruti box & singing bowls, the perfect way to let go of the week & bring positive vibes to your weekend. Lau will invite you to completely surrender to the power of the gongs & allow your body the space it needs to heal during this 90 minute session. Be sure to dress cosy (& bring your favourite blanket!) for a fully relaxing experience!

KARA GREEN | SOUND THERAPY

Bring a cosy blanket and cushion and settle down for an evening of deep healing through sound vibration using Tibetan and crystal bowls, gong, shamanic drum, rainstick, rattle, bells and voice. Mats and refreshments provided.

GEORGINA ROSE | RECONNECT BREATHWORK & SOMATICS FOR WOMEN WORKSHOP

3RD SUNDAY OF THE MONTH | 11:00AM - 1:00PM

This workshop will be a dive into the medicine of the breath using Spiritus Breathwork, a conscious connected breathwork technique, which can open portals for potent healing. You will be introduced to the Spiritus Breathwork technique and be led through a healing ceremony where you get to connect deeply with the breath to clear what is ready to be let go of, reset the nervous system and find peace and grounding afterwards.
 
Sessions will be held in an intimate group of no more than 6 people to ensure you are fully supported in your energy and breath journey.
 
Please Note  – Spiritus Breathwork isn’t for everyone.
 
Safety is of utmost importance for SPIRITUS Breathwork. Due to the nature of this work, the deep processes and breathwork that you are guided through, there are certain contraindications that will stop you from being able to attend.

These are:
  • Detached Retina.
  • Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries.
  • Brain Conditions; Epilepsy, history or diagnosis of aneurysms, or seizures.
  • Cardiovascular problems; Severe asthma, heart disease, heart conditions, high blood pressure.
  • Diabetes.
  • Adverse reactions from recent C Jab.
  • Mental Health Conditions; Diagnosed Severe PTSD, severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis), currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, antipsychotic).
  • Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, spiritual emergence within the past 3 years.
  • Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.

NANCY OSBORNE | YOGA & RELAXATION

3RD SUNDAY OF THE MONTH | 6:00PM - 7:30PM

A unique physio led community yoga class consisting of 45 mins gentle yoga flow (suitable for beginners) followed by 45 mins held postures with added massage and guided relaxation. This session will leave you feeling totally relaxed and ready to tackle the week/ month ahead. You are welcome to arrive from 5:45pm for tea and a chat. Pyjama wearing is welcome 🙂
