K&Z are super proud to offer a wide variety of holistic healing therapies & yoga classes, from carefully selected and experienced healers & teachers.
Our timetable includes an abundance of yogic styles including Hatha Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin and Kundalini, to name just a few, along with a wonderful weekly Pilates class.
Rest assured that our weekly class offering caters for all, beginners, different skill levels and mind sets. We recommend doing a trial session of each of our classes to find what fits your path.
